The Tablas Surf Shop affiliate system is designed for bloggers, youtubers and content creators to monetise their traffic easily. It is also focused on surf schools and licensed instructors. If you are passionate about surfing, longboarding, bodyboarding and skateboarding, or you are enthusiastic about casual fashion, you can recommend our products to your audience while monetising your work.

HOW DOES OUR AFFILIATE SYSTEM WORK?

To sign up to the Tablas Surf Shop affiliate system you will have contact us at the Get in touch link indicating your name, age, social profiles and/or websites. We will review your case and contact you to confirm your entry into the programme.

*Only persons over 16 years of age may participate in the programme.

HOW CAN I JOIN THE AFFLIATE PROGRAMME?

Our affiliate programme is designed for people with social networking platforms, bloggers, webmasters, surf schools and qualified instructors. But if this is not your case, don't worry. You can contact us indicating the reason why you think you can be part of our programme, providing as much information as possible.

WHAT IF I DON'T QUALITY FOR THE AFFILIATE PROGRAMME?

Perhaps at the time you apply, your application does not fit in with our programme. But don't be discouraged! Keep working on your project and you will be able to apply again later on. Tablas Surf Shop will be happy to see your evolution.

IS THERE A CONTRACT? CAN I LEAVE THE PROGRAMME?

At Tablas Surf Shop we draw up a contract specifying the rights and obligations contracted. Once read and signed by you, this contract has a duration of one year. It will be automatically renewed if the member has not been notified of the cancellation, provided that the member has fulfilled his contractual obligations. If within this year you would like to leave our programme, you only have to notify us by e-mail, indicating the reason for the cancellation so that we can monitor the quality of the service. In the latter case, you must bear in mind that you will lose the right to collect the commissions not redeemed.

IN WHAT CASES ARE COMMISSIONS ACCEPTED?

Depending on the process in which the sale takes place, commission may have the following statuses:

- Accepted: The sale has been completed successfully and the customer has not made any exchanges* or refunds**;

- Pending: The sale has been made, but you are still within the time limit stipulated by law to exchange and/or return the goods.

- Returned: A refund has been made or the commission has been rejected for violating affiliate programme rules.

*At Tablas Surf Shop the customer has 100 days to exchange their product.

**The legal deadline for returns is 15 calendar days from receipt of the product.

WHAT ARE THE AFFLIATE PROGRAMME RULES?

• It is completely forbidden to use links on websites with explicit or illegal pornographic content.

• All purchases made by the affiliate are exempt from commissions.

Failure to comply with these rules may lead to immediate expulsion from the affiliate programme.
