A young california men, named Bing Copeland, used to spend ourts watching the surfers on Hermosa Beach. After graduating the school on his hometown school, he decided that, with his friends became on lifeguard on Hawaii for, a couple of years later with more money and experience, travel all arround the world in the search of the best waves. Soon they start shaping boards, even they introduced the modern surfing to New Zeland.

Back on California in 1959 they open the first surf shop, wich grew fast with a team of well knowed and stylish surfers like David Nvvhiwa, Dru Harrison or Chris Schlichenmeyer just to name few. Their shaping team made +40 board per day back on that time.

Thats how Bing Surfboards was born. A trully classic and iconic longboards.
