How to Buy

1. Select one item. Once you have selected your size on the top right part of the web you wil see the shopping cart where you can access and see the items you have purchased.
2. You must register, then you must fill a form with your personal information to have access to the next step, or, if you are already a user, log in with your username and password and go to the next step.
3. The budget and the items to buy will be displayed for you to check and also choose the form of payment (you have a section where the forms of payment are specified), it can be done either by Bank TRANSFER, in which you will be sent an email with the steps to follow, or by CREDIT CARD, which is a secure purchase where you will be asked for a personal code to verify the card or by Pay Pal , which will ask for the necessary information to pay.

The acceptance and validation of the order made by the customer involves the knowledge and acceptation of these General Conditions of Agreement as part of the agreement.. Unless the contrary is proved, the data registered by TABLASSURFSHOP will constitute the evidence of the whole of the transactions carried out between TABLASSURFSHOP and their clients. TABLASSURFSHOP will file the electronic document in which the agreement will be formalized and this will be accessible.

02What method of payment can I use?

-Bank Transfer

When you select bank transfer as your method of payment, together with the purchase confirmation, you will receive an e-mail where we will tell you the bank account where you can transfer the money into, under the name of Tablas Surf Company S. L.

It is very important that you specify the order number in the subject of your email, as well as your name and surname, and that you make the transfer within two working days after the order´s confirmation date in order to be validated.

If you wish, to speed up the paperwork you can make the deposit directly in one of the offices of “La Caixa” bank and tell us by phone to (+34) 985 35 47 00 or send the transfer receipt by fax to (+34) 985 34 13 50 or by email to [email protected].

If the transfer is made from a bank different from “La Caixa” bank, the money will take at least two days to arrive to our account. In any case, the order will not be considered as done until our administration department does not have bank confirmation of the transfer.

Don’t forget that the payment must be in EUROS and all the possible commissions of exchange or banking will be at your expense if you choose this method of payment. In the case of bank transfers made outside of Spain it is very important that at the time of making the transfer you communicate to your bank that they must cover the commissions at origin, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to their office. Otherwise, Tablas Surf Company S.L. could stop the delivery of your order, as we would not have received the whole amount agreed upon.

-Credit card

we guarantee that each of the transactions carried out by tablassurfshop.com is 100% safe. All the operations involving the transmission of personal or bank data will be done using a safe environment; tablassurfshop.com uses a server based on SSL (Secure Socked Layer). Furthermore, we inform you that in an effort to offer higher security to the card owners, we have added to our payment methods the system of secure payment called SET (Secure Electronic Transaction). What is SET (Secure Electronic Transaction)? It is a system to secure the transactions in internet promoted by VISA international, Mastercard, Microsoft and Netscape, among others. PENINSULA, Balearic Islands AND PORTUGAL*:

Transportation fees in orders over 50.00€ (I.V.A. included) are free except for items on sale or second hand.

When the purchase value is inferior to 50.00€ (I.V.A. included) transportation fees are at the buyers expense: 

The deliveries will take one day if it is a working day from Monday to Friday, except National and local Holidays.

The purchase must be completed before 15:00 in order for the package to leave on the same day. On the contrary it will departure the next day in the morning. If the purchase takes place between Friday at 15:00 and Monday before 15:00, the package will leave the following day. Deliveries to Balearic islands and Portugal could take from 24 to 72 hours..

 

Important: All the consignments made by SEUR come with full liability insurance for the full price/value of the product. If you detect any damage or bump it must be notified to SEUR in the next 24 hours after reception.

 

*The Azores Islands are excluded. Ask us price.

CANARY ISLANDS

Tablas Surf Company S.L. It is a company registered for export. Therefore sales to these communities are made without VAT included. It will be at the time of collection of the merchandise when the customer will pay 6.5% of the IGIC on the value of the purchase without VAT, plus the amount of the DUA., if applicable, whose approximate value is around 49.00 approx. as documentation of customs entry and exit.
Depending on the type of package and the amount of this, the following types of shipments will be made:

  • Orders with amounts less than €150.00 and dimensions of up to 2kg and 90cm in the sum of their lengths, without exceeding 60cm for the largest: Shipping via Post Office with postage of €10 and delivery time between 5 – 7 days skillful. The D.U.A is not necessary and they are exempt from the IGIC.

  • Orders with amounts less than €150.00 and dimensions of up to 4kg and 90cm in the sum of their lengths, without exceeding 60cm for the largest: Shipping via Post Office with postage of €20 and delivery time between 5 – 7 days skillful. The D.U.A is not necessary and they are exempt from the IGIC.

  • Orders with amounts less than €150.00 and dimensions greater than those previously mentioned: Shipping through the Post Office and delivery charge of €30. With a delivery time of 5-7 days. It is not necessary D.U.A.

  • Orders with amounts greater than €150.00 and dimensions of up to 2kg and 90cm in the sum of their lengths, without exceeding 60cm for the largest: Shipping via air SEUR, with free shipping and estimated delivery time of 48 – 72 hours.

  • Orders with amounts greater than €150.00 and/or with dimensions greater than the aforementioned: Shipment through sea SEUR, with free shipping and estimated delivery time between 7 - 12 business days.

CEUTA and MELILLA

Tablas Surf Company S.L. is a company licensed for exportation. Thus all the sales to that region are with VAT included.

 

Deliveries to Ceuta and Melilla over 100,00€ are free and they are made by Seur Ceuta/Melilla. For purchases under 100,00€ the fee is 10,00€. Deliveries take up to 2 working days to arrive to customer´s address.

 

Deliveries have an additional cost that will be at the customer´s expense at delivery: 7% of IGIC over the value of purchase without VAT and 40,00€ approx. (fixed price independent from the price value) that covers for customs entry and exit documentation (D.U.A).

EUROPE

Deliveries will take five working days from Monday to Friday except for national and local holidays.

Deliveries will take five working days from Monday to Friday except for national and local holidays.

The purchase must be completed before 15:00 in order for the package to leave on the same day. On the contrary it will departure the next day in the morning. If the purchase takes place between Friday at 15:00 and Monday before 15:00, the package will leave the following Monday.

 

*Deliveries to Norway do not include VAT and will carry extra expenses at delivery of the package at the customer´s address, expenses related to the country customs.

Once the order is completed we will inform you of the delivery cost from our transportation agent. Also, we will prepare your order so you can use the transportation company you might like from any part of the world.

Firewire Surfoards and Slater Designs brand products are excluded from free shipping.

 

04Can I change or return an order?

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have 14 natural days, starting from the delivery date, to return it. (art. 44 of the law 7/1996, 15 January relative to Ordenación del Comercio Minorista modified by law 47/2002, 19 December).

You only have to return the product to us in prefect conditions and inside its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions of use. Besides, in case of change, the client must assume the expenses of the transportations costs part of the return. If the item exchanged has a value over 50,00€ we will send you the item free of transportation fees.


In case that the products get damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not admit the return. We will not admit the return of the DVD or video if these do not have the original seal either.

Once we receive the goods at our warehouse and we have checked all the aforementioned conditions, Tablas Surf Company S. L. will admit the return of the product and we will proceed to the reimbursement of its price according to the method of payment used and if necessary, we will send the new one:

- If the payment was by credit card, the money will be reimbursed to the same credit card

-If the payment was by bank transfer, we will ask for the bank account where we will deposit their money. You will receive the whole amount in a maximum of 10 days starting from reception date at our warehouse. Take into account that if you paid with credit card it is probably that your bank will not show you the money from the devolution until the following month.

In case of defective products or mistaken deliveries, all the expenses will be at Tablas Surf Company S. L. expense.

You must realize that Tablas Surf Company S. L. will not admit that are collect on delivery, before there is any change please contact us.

05FREE WETSUIT RETURNS

At Tablas Surf Shop, you have free returns on wetsuits worth over €200 within 14 calendar days of delivery, excluding sale and/or special offer items.
All European Union countries are included in this offer, except those with customs fees, independent transport policies or limited transport (e.g. Switzerland, Canary Islands, Madeira...).
To make a return, get in touch at [email protected] noting your order number and the item in question. You should include a copy of the printed order form with “FREE WETSUIT RETURN” written on it, together with the wetsuit.
We'll provide you with a link or a returns label to proceed with the return.
As soon as it arrives at our warehouse and we check that everything is in accordance with our returns policy*, we’ll refund the amount using the same payment method used when purchasing the item. If the payment was made by bank transfer, please write your account number on the copy of the printed invoice for the return.
Confirmation will be sent by email within 10 days after the refund has been processed. Please note that, depending on the payment method, it may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
*All items being exchanged or returned must be new, unused, with the original tags and in perfect condition. The wetsuit must be well packed with the labels attached and sent with the original packaging, as well as instructions for use. Tablas Surf Company S.L. does not accept Carriage Paid To returns or cash on delivery without prior explicit consent. Please contact us if you have any questions.
