Surf Boards and big packages are sent through Maritime Seur, which takes from 4 to 11 days. These deliveries have additional costs that the client must cover at reception: 7% of IGIC (tax) over the purchase price without VAT and an additional 49,00€ approx. (fixed price independent from the price value) that covers for customs entry and exit documentation (D.U.A).

When you select bank transfer as your method of payment, together with the purchase confirmation, you will receive an e-mail where we will tell you the bank account where you can transfer the money into, under the name of Tablas Surf Company S. L.

It is very important that you specify the order number in the subject of your email, as well as your name and surname, and that you make the transfer within two working days after the order´s confirmation date in order to be validated.

If you wish, to speed up the paperwork you can make the deposit directly in one of the offices of “La Caixa” bank and tell us by phone to (+34) 985 35 47 00 or send the transfer receipt by fax to (+34) 985 34 13 50 or by email to [email protected].

If the transfer is made from a bank different from “La Caixa” bank, the money will take at least two days to arrive to our account. In any case, the order will not be considered as done until our administration department does not have bank confirmation of the transfer.

Don’t forget that the payment must be in EUROS and all the possible commissions of exchange or banking will be at your expense if you choose this method of payment. In the case of bank transfers made outside of Spain it is very important that at the time of making the transfer you communicate to your bank that they must cover the commissions at origin, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to their office. -This guarantee is valid only if it comes with the purchase receipt stapled to it.

It does not cover:

-The damages of impact caused for the wrongful use of the boards. 

-Cracks made from bumps, drops, catastrophes, wrongful use or inadequate maintenance.

-The breaks produced by the use in works greater than the works they were designed for.

-Defects caused by a continuous exposure to the sun, hot water and high temperatures, as well as leaving the board inside the car under the sun.

- Damages that could derive to people or things from the wrongful use of the boards, they do not imply any liability neither of the brand nor of our Customer Service.

-Tablas Surf Company S. L. is not responsible for the damages caused to the boards that are nor proved by the Technical Assistance Service of the corresponding board brands.

-This guarantee is only valid for the first buyer, losing its validity if the board is sold to a second hand.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have 14 natural days, starting from the delivery date, to return it. (art. 44 of the law 7/1996, 15 January relative to Ordenación del Comercio Minorista modified by law 47/2002, 19 December).

You only have to return the product to us in prefect conditions and inside its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions of use.
